if an Italian Citizen lives in the UK all year long (or another country outside of Italy) would they still be required to pay taxes on their poker winnings to the Italian government?

which poker rooms: party, stars, ftp, prima winnings are subject to tax by the italian government?

i am going to get dual citizenship soon. i do not speak italian yet. i want to learn about italian tax laws.

In Italy taxes are really expencive!!! (in UK is better). And is also really hard to understand how and what you must pay taxes.

What if I am living outside of Italy all year long?

you must pay taxes in the country where you live and work, in italy online poker isn't regulated by tax law

If you living outsite italy you have to pay taxes to your country (UK i think). You have to pay taxes in Italy ONLY if you make your earnings in Italy. If you live in UK and play with italian poker account you have to pay taxes always to UK governament.

There are many nuances in italian taxes law, so i suggest you to tell about this matter with a tax advisor.
