Due to technical problems at Full Tilt Poker our last bi-weekly tournament started at 09:00 ET, not at 16:00 ET as it was announced earlier. Because of this, points earned by the winning players have been canceled, but cash prizes remain. Furthermore, we are adding one more tournament to compensate the loss of those who could not participate in this tournament due to this misunderstanding.
Also, we would like to invite you to check our super league page and check your standings as grand final is very close and some of you need just a few points to get into the final. TOP20 players will share $20,000 and all of them will win cash prizes. Check super league page for the grand final prize structure.
Our goal is to bring you top notch service, but we are facing with technical difficulties once in a while. Again, we are very sorry for what has happened and we pr omise to do our best for this not to continue.

I did not think it was a right decision, the tournament was played regularly. ok to add a tournament, but not to cancelled the points of this!!!
I'm the winner of this tournament and i was sure with this 20 points to do the final, and now?

beh anche a me fa strano, visto che cmq "di solito" chi si iscrive dovrebbe controllare l'orario oppure, in caso di NON poter partecipare, de-registrarsi.

Cmq, visto che il numero di partecipanti delle tappe "normali" era sui 110, credo che anche i 98 partecipanti di questa "non"-tappa erano i giocatori abiutali

Va beh, ho fatto cmq anch'io una mail di risposta, anche se probabilmente la decisione è stata presa e non verrà più rivista

Resta cmq il rammarico nel vedersi (temporaneamente) de-rubato di un posto nella finale
Non è finita qui cmq, e battaglia sia fino all'ultima tappa.... ci sono ancora bei $$ e punti in palio, sculate altrui permettendo

We are pretty you will do the final. TOP3 players have no chances of
getting out of the final list. I know cancelling points is not good
for you, but we have received over 30 e-mails from players to whom
points were very important ant they could not play because of the time
change. Some of these players were very close to the top20.. But we
leave the prizes, to compensate the loss of the points, so I hope you
understand and accept this. We tried to find to best solution for
everyone and we think this is still the best option.
There was a mistake, tournament started at 16 EET, not ET, as it was
announced. One letter made so many problems. Sorry, again and we hope
you understand us.

bastava, secondo me, che aggiungessero una tappa, dando così l'opportunità, a chi aveva perso l'ultima a causa dell'orario, di recuperare l'opportunità di fare punti!!!
vabbeh, speriamo che sia vero cmq che i primi 3 sono sicuri di giocare la finale!!

infatti, è proprio quello che li avevo scritto io..... perché per "accontentare" i 20 che non hanno letto l'orario (sarebbero anche un po' ca**i loro se non guardano a cosa si iscrivono) devono PUNIRE i 20 che hanno guardato diligentemente e si sono GUADAGNATO i punti che anche a loro servivano???

Sarebbe stato più giusto e da fairplay "accontentare" tutti i 40 players (quelli che hanno fatto i punti e quelli che non hanno giocato) aggiungendo 1 tappa, ma LASCIANDO i punti vinti di TUTTE le 21 (anziché 20) tappe

Va beh.... mi pare che non ci sia più altro da aggiungere

ecco, come non detto... almeno questi rispondono subito, questo si che è un servizio clienti

Che cu****/sfortuna essere tra i "tre players" affetti negativamente da questo disguido spero di essere ugualmente "sfortunato" nella gran finale a Gennaio

Well, there is another problem; about 40% of the players registered in this tournament were not playing at all, because of the time change. They bought in, but when they got home the game was over. And, yes players should check the time of the tournament before registering, but we informed players about the wrong time and most of our players register automatically. Sixteen tournaments were played like this, and seventeenth had to be played at 16:00 ET too, but.. It happened the way it happened.

Unfortunately, this decision is final and cannot be changed. There are only three players to whom this desicion is not very good. So it is the best solution we could find, with the smallest number of unsatisfied players, plus to make the unsatisfied players a bit happier we left the cash prizes.

Hope you understand that we want to bring only the best to all of our players.

Lo so che non è facile da accettare e sono anche d'accordissimo con voi. Fossero stati 30 partecipanti cambiava tutto ma 98... bah. sarebbe interessante capire quanti erano in sit out di quei 98.

ultima tappa persa per motivi familiari, ma mantengo la terza posizione....allora ci vediamo in finale!!!!

Nano c'è l'ultima tappa sabato 2 gennaio...nn dimenticartene e in bocca al lupo per la finale del 9 gennaio!

crepi, ciccia! visto che ormai sembra scongiurata la minaccia della .it, speriamo che questo mese di "sofferenza" e di duro "allenamento" nei S&G a buoni livelli porti a Q....ualcosa di buono nella finale....

Dear Everyone,
Congratulations for becoming one of the TOP20 FTRB SuperLeague winners. Each of you will win a share of $20,000 at the grand final event on January 9th.
We are now setting up the final tournament with Full Tilt Poker (#130567713). However, it is very likely that we will not be able to set up the prize structure as it was announced on the FTRB superleague page. Full Tilt Poker's software cannot distribute the added prize pool the way we want it to be distributed.
Therefore, we will transfer to you $22 to compensate the buy-in fee, so you can buy into the tournament for free. Prize pool of this tournament will be $400 (if all 20 players register). $400 will be distributed by the standard Full Tilt Poker prizes structure for 20 players. The remaining $20,000 will be transferred to the players FTRB account manually, after the tournament finishes (on the 11th of January). 1st place winner will receive $5,000, 2nd $3,500... 20th place winner takes $130. See the table on the super league page.
One more thing, if any of the TOP20 players will not be able to play and will not register at the tournament, the will be automatically awarded with lowest prizes. If one player misses the game he will receive $130, if two or more, they will receive the lowest possible prizes regarding their position on the super league rankings. The more the points, the higher the prize. Yet, we hope that all of you will register and fight for these massive prizes. Good luck at the tables!
