Recap domenicali .com: Marc-Andre Ladouceur vince il Sunday 500; a Calvin Anderson il Sunday Major
Quella passata è stata un'altra domenica che ha messo in evidenza tantissimi regular nei principali tornei giocati su PokerStars e Full Tilt Poker, come sempre teatro dei Sunday Major più importanti del poker online.
E' questo il caso ad esempio del professionista canadese Marc-Andre Ladouceur, la cui domenica non sembrava andare nel migliore dei modi come da lui stesso twittato, fino al momento del raggiungimento del final table del Sunday 500, dove necessitava almeno di chiudere al 7° posto per concludere la propria domenica in breakeven.
"FrenchDawg", questo il nickname del Team PokerStars Online sulla room di casa, ha successivamente fatto decisamente meglio di quel 7° posto andando a giocarsi l'heads up decisivo contro David "DonkCommited" Miscikowski, con i due giocatori che si sono accordati per un deal garantendosi circa $60.000 ciascuno. Alla fine è stato proprio Ladouceur a spuntarla, mettendo quindi la parola fine nel migliore dei modi sulla sua domenica di grinding.
Sempre su PokerStars si è potuto assistere ad un final table degno di un EPT nel classico Sunday Rebuy, dove a contendersi il major, anche in questo caso dopo essersi accordati per un deal (stavolta a 3), sono stati Kory "s00tedj0kers" Kilpatrick, vincitore per $39.400, Robby "PlayaPlz" Lipkin, runner up per $39.084, e Jakob "mendieta19" Carlsson, 3° classificato per $41.391.
A completare il quadro dell'atto finale da brividi di questo torneo domenicale c'erano inoltre Toby "810ofclubs" Lewis (5°), Sergio "zcedrick" Aido (7°) e Mario "Pokerccini" Puccini (9°).
Il giocatore che ha invece incassato il premio più corposo nella domenica di PokerStars è stato "Windyk@tor", vincitore (con deal) del Sunday Million per $193.184 in un final table che vedeva anche la presenza del professionista russo Valentyn "touchmynuts1″ Shabelnyk, 5° per $58.153.
Su Full Tilt Poker si è invece messo in evidenza Calvin "cal42688" Anderson che è andato a conquistare il titolo del Sunday Major per $38.680 dopo aver regolato in heads up Sebastian "thereal_bandito" Saffari, premiato con $25.760 per la sua piazza d'onore.
Sempre sulla red room è andato in scena inoltre il torneo principe della rassegna MiniFTOPS, ovvero il Main Event dal buy in di $75 dove sono stati ben 6.241 i giocatori al via. Qui sono riusciti ad issarsi al final table nonostante il field monster tanto Chris "Gettin Daize" Oliver (3°) quanto Stefan "random_chu" Chew (6°), mentre il titolo è finito nelle mani di "jfaraclan" che ha incassato $62.692 dopo un deal raggiunto con il runner up "kaggiz" ($64.000).
