Just over 200 players remain in the first non Hold'em event of the series where Guillaume Rivet leads ahead of Andy Seth, though players such as Erik Seidel, James Dempsey, Sorel Mizzi and Barry Greenstein still remain in the tournament. Today's plan (in theory) is to play down to the final table but with this many people, it's still possible that we might not reach that within the 12 hour time limit of the day.
Either way, play will begin at 2.30pm in around 20 minutes.

Tom Matthews has doubled up through Matt Waxman, the former was all in on the turn of a board holding against Waxman's and held on the river. Matthews moves up to about 10,000.

We didn’t catch most of the action, but Zachary Brooks scored a double knockout to start his Day 2 off strong.
Glen Engelbert was all in preflop and Ender Ozkan got it all in on the turn with Brooks covering both.
The board ran out and Brooks managed to scoop the whole massive pot with his for two pair. He has now chipped up to 41,000 and is having a very strong start to his day.
We caught up with the action on a flop between Henry Hull, Jeff Lisandro and Matthew Wood. Hull bet and got raised by Lisandro. Wood three bet and Hull called. Lisandro answered back by moving all in and both players called. On the turn, Hull bet and Wood called. On the river, Hull checked and now Wood moved all in. Hull made the call and the players turned up their cards:
Lisandro:
Wood:
Hull:
Lisandro’s full house and low were good enough for half of the three way main pot while the other two chopped the side pot.
Lisandro has almost doubled up his starting stack for the day and is up to around 11,000.
Andy Seth limped preflop before Ben Landowski made it 2,000 to go with Henry Hull, Jeff Lisandro and Seth all making the call to see a flop of . Hull led out for 1,000 and Lisandro called before Seth made it two bets only for Landowski to make it three bets. Lisandro folded but Seth and Hull both called to see the turn. This time Hull fired out 2,000 and Seth and Landowski both called to see the river.
Hull fired 2,000 once more and this time elicited two folds from his opponents to boost his own stack to 35,000.
A hand developed between 2010 $50,000 Poker Player’s Championship Runner-Up Vladimir Shchemelev and John Phan.
With the board reading Phan in middle position opened the turn for 2000, Shchemelev on the button raised to 4000 and Phan called.
The river came , Phan bet 2000, Shchemelev raised, and Phan put in a third bet to make it 6000. Shchemelev seemed hesitant to do so, but made the call.
Phan showed for the rivered nut straight. Shchemelev looked disgusted as he mucked and the hand put Phan up around 27,000
